It was a wonderful time of my experience in Washington, D.C. I stayed with Thuy, my family's close friend, for about a week. Everyone said I was lucky, because I came at the very right time, the week that they celebrate the cherry blossoms festival. And I believed that I was. The weather was beatiful, the sun shining and wind chilling keep me stay fresh all days. The first night, I went to see the fireworks starting the festival. This was also the 70th anniversary ending of World War II.
The next day, I visited all the interesting place in the capital such as the White House, the Monument, House of Congress...
